Initial Consultation

Our first session together is slightly different, in that I take time the time to ask direct questions about your story so far, ways of coping that you have found helpful and perhaps some that have been unhelpful. I ask about any previous experiences of therapy and your expectations and goals for our time together. I do not charge for our first session.

Fees

My fees are £60.00 per session. I appreciate money and time are factors that may disuade potential clients from seeking psychotherapy. I am commited to creating a space that is open to all and welcome enquiries from those who may have caring or work responsibilities that make seeking psychotherapy tricky.

When I Work

I work online on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (and Thursday face-to-face in Lewes, East Sussex). I am flexible in my online hours and happy to discuss timimgs that suit.
